Fellow insomniacs,
Read this great little article on how yoga helps insomnia. One pose that has been recommended to me that helps calm down the nervous system and mind at the end of the day is the viparita karani asana (legs up the wall inversion). I like to take a support and stay in this position for 5-15 minutes before bed. I used to sleep easily, but with stress cluttering my mind at night, it is very challenging to quiet my noisy mind. Falling asleep takes #practice.
